Myrobalan is useful as a dye and mordant. As a dye, Myrobalan produced lovely warm yellows. As a mordant, Myrobalan helps to produce a range of colors. For example, a fabric mordanted with Myrobalan will turn to teal when dipped in Indigo. It also helps 'brighten' the reds of madder.Perfect for natural dyeing of fabrics, coloring soaps and bath products.
